Serenity Salt SpaHarford County's First Himalayan Salt Therapy and Wellness Spa, is looking for a part-time Massage Therapist to accommodate our growing clientele.

As a Massage Therapist this individual, through their touch, will relieve pain and stress, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of clients.

The position provides a flexible schedule Tuesdays through Saturdays and starts out with a 50/50 commission pay and after 90 days of continued employment, compensation will increase to 60/40 commission pay.

The right therapist will play a key role with our spa staff and clientele to ensure experiences are relaxing and rejuvenating.

Must be Drama-Free, dependable, outgoing, and take pride in making a difference in Client’s lives.

The spa provides clients to our therapist, but we strongly encourage our employees to be proactive in promoting themselves and the spa as we believe that when working as a team is the key to success.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing sessions around guests’ specific needs and suggest massage schedules for recurring sessions
• Work with the entire Serenity Salt Spa team to provide a superior experience in a professional atmosphere
• Provide individualized massage therapy services and treatments that meet the client’s needs and expectations
• Educate clients on Serenity Salt Spa products, services, and treatments
• Promote and sell massage therapy services and treatments and encourages repeat business. Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage and other spa services as an integral part of their overall wellness program
• Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs

Requirements:

• Learn about all spa services and be able to convey the benefits to clients
• Actively promoting all spa services, events, etc
• Maintaining client and spa confidentially
• Must be able to work various days, evenings, and Saturdays
• Obtain spa related business cards
• Obtain and provide liability insurance
