Overview
SkinLumi Aesthetics is looking for a pleasant and friendly Master Aesthetician to join our team! This is one of the most important roles in improving customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Your goal should always be to make our clients feel comfortable and satisfied during their treatment while in our practice.

Qualifications
- Must have a current Utah Master Aesthetician License
- Laser Certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1+ year experience in a medical spa as a master aesthetician(preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus with a caring attitude
- Computer literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multitask under pressure and be highly responsive to clients & team members
Responsibilities
- Performing a range of treatments that are within the scope of practice for a licensed Master Aesthetician in the state of Utah
- Answering overflow phones, scheduling clients, overseeing their client records, making aesthetic client follow-up calls, and basic clinic cleaning duties.
- Ensure patient information is updated, accurate and complete in EMR (electronic medical record)
- Perform aesthetic and laser treatments within protocols.
- Oversee client membership management to include addressing membership or contractual concerns and questions
- Work with lead aesthetician and other staff members to ensure sales goals are being met
- The schedule may include some days, and every other Saturday
