J&J Snack Foods Corporation is an American manufacturer, marketer, and distributor of branded niche snack foods and frozen beverages for the food service and retail supermarket industries. Its products include such icons as SUPERPRETZEL and ICEE, fan favorites like Luigi’s Italian Ice, Philly Swirl, The Funnel Cake Factory Funnel Cakes, and Tio Pepe’s Churros, as well as a host of other products spanning the baked goods, frozen beverages, and frozen novelties categories.

Responsibilities includ:

Daily setup and maintenance for item master, vendor master, customer master, pricing master, general ledger master, business unit master and purchase order approval tables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain item master
• Set up and maintain vendor master
• Set up and maintain customer master
• Set up and maintain parts and equipment master
• Set up and maintain general ledger accounts and business units
• Setup and maintain po approval limits master
• Other duties assigned by management

Position Requirements:

• Education and training: Associates degree or higher in Accounting or Finance (or pursuing)
• Job-related experience: 1-2 years prior office or clerical work preferably accounting related
• Technical knowledge and skills: Excel skills, MS Office, must be able to take direction well, work independently, work with other departments including distribution and production staff
