We are looking to fill a Material Coordinator opening at our Ashland, OH, Bostik facility. The Material Coordinator Associate will report to a department or group and will need to have the ability to work independently; exercise good judgment; and have a detailed knowledge of company procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

• 
  Interface with plant and customer service to plan and schedule production to meet customer requirements
• Indirect purchasing
• Support shipping/receiving activities at the site.
• Provide back-up support for office staff as needed
• Support safety initiatives and help to maintain safety awareness at the plant
• Perform several office tasks including correspondence, time tracking, ordering supplies, data entry and monthly reports as required

In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:

• High School Diploma
• 2‐3 years Administrative Support experience
• Associates degree preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Outlook and Teams
• Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are a must
• Detail oriented and organized
• Must be able to handle multiple projects in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States

The following skill sets are preferred by the business unit:

• 2‐3 years Administrative Support experience
• Associates degree preferred
• SAP experience a plus
