KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate with all internal departments to ensure accuracy of pulling orders for customer shipments
• Prepare all paperwork and stage shipment for pick-up
• Produce label for shipments with carriers: Fed-Ex, UPS or freight as required.
• Perform “problem-solving” skills to solve daily shipment quantity issues and/or problems.
• Maintains Quality and accuracy of order picking & quality procedure and compliance with “On Time to Promise” delivery to customers
• Reviews and maintains finished goods inventory count against customer order and shipment date to ensure delivery accuracy.

Processing and shipping domestic orders, customer service, data entry.

• Answer inside calls from other departments
• Data entry
• Shipping orders
• Generating Bill of ladings
• Scanning docs
• Processing regulatory documents
• EDI import/export documents/Assist with international orders
• Log discrepancies
• Be familiar with Customer Packing/Shipping Guidelines

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent
• 18+ years of age
• Able to work rapidly at a consistent pace for entire shift
• Able to read, write and communicate
• Able to work on computer, keyboarding
• Able to maintain accuracy in order count for shipment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Tow Motor Skills/Certification Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
