Connect daily with applicants to facilitate intake and enrollment activities
Provide outstanding customer service to applicants by answering all calls and questions over the phone
Refer applicants into success planning appointments
Collect all required documentation from applicants
Enter data into the database with a high degree of accuracy
Provide validation support for agency-submitted LSP applications
Process applications that have been submitted by applicants through the online portal
Conduct LSP coordination training for internal teams or partner staff In addition to the core responsibilities of the position, may be asked to support with other activities related to MEAP or cross-functional activities
