In search of a CNC Mechanic at our Bucks County manufacturing facility. If you are interested in joining a high-growth, well established organization with outstanding growth opportunity, then this is an opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance.
  • Reading, interpreting, and following instructions and operation manuals.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions on manual and CNC machining equipment.
  • Coordinate and supervise outside technicians that are performing installations, warranty work, or repairs on the production equipment.
  • Prepare and set-up production equipment by moving, leveling, and supplying utilities.
  • Coordinate and supervise rigging companies that are installing and/or relocating equipment in the facility.
  • Complete documentation records for equipment repairs and requisitions for materials and supplies.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Coordinate and execute the preventative maintenance program for the production equipment.
  • Set-up and perform ball bar tests to evaluate the condition of the CNC machines and predict potential problems

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a maintenance mechanic or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and ability to operate hand and power tools.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability and be able to pass a mechanical aptitude test.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Physical dexterity.
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Pass a drug and background test.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Langhorne, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
