Here is what a typical day might look like:

• You’ll determine mechanical construction needs, constraints and responsibilities to meet all customer requirements in a hospital setting
• You’ll coordinate with sales and engineering to provide data needed to assemble mechanical project scope
• Be responsible for reviewing and maintaining cost estimates of material, sub contractors, purchased equipment and other project related activities
• Maintain strict adherence to budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards

Here are some of the skills we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience in large commercial mechanical construction project management, including sheet metal, HVAC and mechanical piping in a healthcare environment
• Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must successfully pass a background check
