ANCC Magnet Designated Hospital and celebrating its 3rd consecutive Pathway to Excellence designation is searching for several Med/Surg RN to work in multiple units Northern Houston (The Woodlands). - Offering between $10k to $15k sign on bonus
- 1 year+ experience as an RN in a hospital setting
PCU 3 & PCU 5:
- Day 7A to 7P
- Nurse to Patient ratio 1:4-6
- 34 and 36 beds
Our unit caters to General Med Surg. BSN preferred, will consider ADN candidates willing to enroll in a BSN program.
Neuro Med Surg:
- Day or Nights 7A to 7P or 7P to 7A 3x12
- Nurse to Patient ratio 1:3
Full Neuroscience Serviceline – Neuro ICU, Neuro IMU and Neuro Med/Surg.
Joint Replacement:
- Day or Nights 7A to 7P or 7P to 7A 3x12
- Nurse to Patient ratio 1:4-6
- 18 Beds
Nurses will also train and float to our Joint Center as needed.
TIRR Rehab:
- Day 7A to 7P 3x12
- Nurse to Patient ratio 1:6
- 29 Bed unit
Acute Rehab, Med/Surg, LTAC and Rehab RN experience considered
2 days of TIRR orientation will be at TIRR in the medical center
Pediatrics:
- Nights 7P to 7A 3x12
- Nurse to Patient Ratio 1:3
- 6 Bed Unit
Acute care Pediatric strongly preferred; may consider 3-4 years of Med/Surg acute care RN experience instead of Pedi
Will be trained to float to NICU if needed
