Requirements

Medication Aide will assist in maintaining the physical, social and psychological environment that is conducive to the best interest and welfare of our residents. As per state regulations and completion of required training/certification, administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider and observe/report responses to existing treatment plans. In addition to assisting residents with medications, Medication Aide will maintain cleanliness of the medicine supply room, audit medication carts and provide accurate accounting of all medications.

Our caregivers provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity. You will nurture a home-like setting the community and assist our seniors with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs.
