Job description
The incumbent is responsible for assuring the needs of the residents are met, for maintaining the medical needs of the residents; including but not limited to: administering medications, monitoring for well health care, assistance with personal care needs; assistance with activities of daily living; and activity programs. All tasks must be performed in a careful and caring manner, recognizing the condition(s) of the individual. Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to speak, read and write the English language.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Minimum of 1 year experience providing direct care.
- Must be physically able to lift and turn Residents as required.
- Must maintain CPR Certification.
- Must maintain Medication Administration Certification.
