Essential Functions:
- Caring for the residents as if they were an extension of your own family.
- Having fun while you work, getting to know residents.
- Team building, spirit weeks.
- Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, toileting).
- Assisting some residents with Ambulation and Transferring.
- Housekeeping of common living areas, resident rooms, and laundry.
- Medication supervision and observing of residents taking their medications.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A High School diploma or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Dependable – Reliable - Flexible.
- Always act in the resident’s best interest.
- Prior experience in Senior Living required!
- Must be a certified Medication Technician.
