Melrose Recovery is a drug and alcohol treatment center and we are looking for Medical assistant. We are hiring for all three shifts Morning (8am - 4pm), Swing (4pm - 12am), Graveyard (12am - 8am). Below you will find a list of duties.
- Ensure that medications for each client are available in the facility that are correctly labeled and distributed according to physician orders
- Place medication orders as needed and check the medications that are received compared to the order
- Assure that medication assistance is being conducted according to department of health (DOH) standards
- Assure organized and proper storage of all medications
- Audit reports pertaining to medication management
- Document violations of medication management, client care, and employee standards of conduct
- Other duties as assigned
