Nurse Practitioner owned medical aesthetic office providing aesthetics treatments such as botox, fillers, skin care, and a medical weight loss program.

We are looking to hire a medical assistant to help with day-day tasks which might include:

• Answering the phones during business hours.
• Scheduling appointments
• Responding to e-mails, facebook messages and text messages from clients or route to Nurse Pracitioner if needed/ as appropriate.
• Authorize medical refills as appropriate/ per policy.
• Obtain clients' medical information and measure their vital signs, weight, and height.
• Explain treatment procedures, medications, diets, or provider's instructions to patients.
• Draw labs/blood as needed (preferred).

Candidate should have a love / excitement about aesthetics.

Familiarity with social media is a plus but not necessary.

Plan to start out as PT with opportunity to transition to full time as company grows.

Schedule initially would be 9-4 Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday morning (9-1pm)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
