Exciting opportunity to shine as an amazing Medical Receptionist/Patient Coordinator with room to grow! In search of an remarkable team player to join Trilogy Wellness. Ideal candidate is happy, reliable, and totally committed to making each patient visit a great experience. Must have at least one year of medical reception experience with knowledge of insurances to be considered. This position requires a professional with great phone etiquette, a positive disposition, lots of energy and someone who takes great pride in their work. - Must be great at multi-tasking and thrive in a busy environment.
- Must LOVE working as a team to create a smooth patient flow.
- Must understand PPO insurance plans and be proficient in verifying the patient's cost.
- Experience with Insurance Authorizations for treatment is a plus!
- Some travel required.
- Hourly rate depends on experience.
