Position: Office Manager; multiple sites

* Management of Clinic Schedules. Ensure schedules are full for providers and technicians.
* Staffing and Scheduling of Medical Assistants and Administrative Staff
* Monitoring, Coaching, and evaluating performance of staff
* Ensuring that staff is adequately trained

* Ensure that staff complete onboarding process
* Enforce company policies and procedures
* Manage supplies including inventory and ordering
* Work with vendors and authorizing invoices for supply orders
* Ensure that customer/ patients service needs are met
* Responsible for customer service scores related to patient experience
* Function as a clinic liaison with Executive Team.

Location: Chico, Yuba City

Reports to: Executive Team

The Clinic Manager is responsible for oversite and administrative functions.

Essential Functions:

  • Scheduling/Schedule Management
  • Oversite of Check In/Out procedures
  • Supervise Medical Assistants
  • Point of Contact for MDs, MidLevels and Techs
  • Authorizations/Referrals oversight
  • Coding and documenting oversight
  • Health Plan knowledge
  • Medical Records oversight

Additional responsibilities:

  • Office supply ordering and stocking
  • General upkeep of the office
  • Cross training of staff
  • Staff supervision
  • Ensure staff coverage

Qualifications:

  • GED or equivalent
  • 5+ years medical office experience
  • 5+ years medical scheduling experience
  • CPR/First Aid Certified
  • Fluent in medical terminology
  • Spanish a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
