Elterman Center for Men’s and Women’s Health is looking for an organized and energetic individual for the position of front office manager. Elterman Center has operated as a free-standing urology clinic since 2003. We pride ourselves in having warm, respectful, and highly inclusive office culture. We are constantly growing and evolving.

Responsibilities

· Manage daily operations of the practice that includes on physician and three mid level provider

· Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures with emphasis on compliance with relevant laws and regulations

· Hire and train staff, work with the accountant to maintain payroll, approve and coordinate vacation time, conduct performance reviews

· Collaborate with call and billing offices

· Ensure patient satisfaction, including coordination of schedule

· Oversee operation of a small on-site laboratory and pharmacy

Requirements:

Experience as a front office manager in private practice

Or

Experience as a hospital or healthcare administrator

HR and pharmacy experience are a plus as well as knowledge or Russian or Ukrainian as we have a good number of Eastern European patients.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year, salary based on experience

Schedule:

· Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8 am to 5:30 pm, Tuesday 8 am to noon with an option to work from home after training is completed. Hours subject to change based on need of the practice.
