Position Summary:
This position would be managing two of our Denver locations:
789 Sherman St., Denver, CO & 4660 Yosemite St., Denver, CO
The Office Manager is responsible for managing and supporting all clinic employees by assisting and tracking time off requests, covering for staffing shortages, assisting with patient check-ins, auditing, reporting on a variety of areas, creating action plans for each department, customer service, clinic inventory management, cleaning and maintaining an organized clinic.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage time off requests and approve timecards for hourly staff
- Training of Front Desk staff; work with MA Manager for MA training
- Proactively address team issues and provide coaching and additional support
- Ensure all staff members abide by company policies and procedures
- Host monthly staff meetings
- Adequately cover positions when short staffed
- Chiro MA
- Front Desk
- Pain MA
- Ability to create action plans for each department to address bottle necks and improve clinic efficiency and track progress with milestones
- Communication with departments, management, patients, and providers
- Cleaning, Organization, Ordering
- Customer Service
- Ability to report and audit on several facets of clinic operations:
- Appointment Count by provider
- No-Shows
- Appointment Cancellations
- New Patient On-boarding, Evaluations and Surveys
- Patient Scheduling
Minimum Experience & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Proven customer service skills and ability to de-escalate
- Basic computer skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
