Peachtree Allergy and Asthma Clinic is seeking an experienced and self motivated Medical Front Office Receptionist to join our team in our Sharpsburg office. The Medical Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for patient check-in and check-out, answering/routing phone calls, scheduling appointments, insurance verifications, discuss and collect patient balances, handling medical record requests and scanning medical documents. Must have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all patients and visitors. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/She must have understanding of medical front office processes, insurance benefits, administrative and clerical procedures.

Requirements:

-Prior experience working in a medical office setting is required

-Reliable, professional, courteous and patient

-Excellent communication and must be able to multi-task in a fast paced medical environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
