Back in Action Rehabilitation is an independent, physical therapist owned practice looking for a dynamic person to join our growing team at our Fond du Lac clinic. This part-time opportunity entails answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, requesting records for upcoming appointments, posting payments, and assisting in the gym as needed.

Work Schedule: This is a part time 20-24 hour per week position with the possibility of additional hours. The person hired will work Monday-Friday. No weekends / no holidays. The clinic is open from 7am until 7pm, Monday – Friday. The position will include working late shifts (ending at 6:30pm) and may include providing coverage at the other Back in Action clinic locations as well on an as needed basis.

Applicants must have a positive attitude, excellent customer service, basic computer/data entry skills in Microsoft Office and a desire to learn. Experience working with healthcare/insurance is helpful, but not necessary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
