The Front Desk Receptionist/medical assistant is responsible for being the face of the company (no pressure!!) and working up the patients for the doctor. A people person with good communication skills are a must.

Essential Functions

• A lot of smiling!
• Front desk check in and check out
• Knows all doctors’ schedules
• Keeping schedule full
• Working up patients and getting the patient ready for the doctors
• Medical testing

• Attendance and Dependability: The employee can be depended on to report to work at the scheduled time and is seldom absent from work. Employee can be depended upon to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner and is conscientious, about assignments.
• Communication and Contact: The employee communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with patients, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
• Relationships with Others: The employee works effectively and relates well with others Including colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.

Qualifications

• Must have computer skills and the ability to learn EMR system
• Strong ability to multi-task with high degree of accuracy, attention to detail a must
• Excellent customer service
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Superior verbal and written skills
• Strong interpersonal skills essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Is based on your current experience.
