We are seeking a Medical Receptionist/ administrative assistant to support our busy plastic surgery practice. The ideal candidate has experience working in a busy medical environment, possesses the ability to multi-task and can think quickly on their feet. Our receptionists must have strong communication skills and treat patients with professionalism and courtesy while maintaining confidentiality. Our staff is responsible for handling a large volume of incoming calls and assisting medical personnel with patient information.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
• Answer telephone calls and direct calls to appropriate individuals.
• Answer questions and provide information to patients and visitors.
• Prepare medical records and insurance forms.
• Schedule appointments.
• Compile data.
• Prepare letters, memos, and reports.
• Prepare correspondence, presentations, proposals or policy documents.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, making copies of documents, and purchasing supplies.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
