$17.50-$19.00/hour -EXPERIENCED MEDICAL SECRETARY

RCRS is a busy, fast-paced specialty private practice. We are looking for an experienced (2 years or more) Medical Secretary with knowledge and understanding of MEDENT EMR strongly preferred.

• Ability to multi-task is essential, efficient, well organized, and able to remain calm while managing the responsibilities of the job.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, regulations, and medical office procedures is strongly desired.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Willingness to work as part of a highly skilled front-end team

IMPORTANT - APPLICANT MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL TO ALL 3 ROCHESTER LOCATIONS (Greece, Henrietta, and Irondequoit), AND AS NEEDED TO BATAVIA, CLIFTON SPRINGS, CANANDAIGUA AND NEWARK for sick calls and vacation coverage; mileage reimbursement is offered.

Full-time, Monday - Friday, daytime hours.

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• medical secretarial: 2 years (Required)
