The Senior Product Marketer Develops, directs, and executes the go-to-market approach for a significant product or product category. The Senior Product Marketer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Medicare Advantage Dental Network Specialist is responsible for the following;

• Develops, directs, and executes the Dental Network strategy to support the go-to-market approach for Medicare Advantage and Individual Dental.
• Works with the Dental Recruitment Team, Service Team, and Analytics team on the implementation and tracking of recruitment initiatives to support Medicare Advantage membership growth.
• Facilitate network growth for specific membership needs including but not limited to; ISNP, DSNP, ECP, FQHC, Rural Markets, etc.
• Collaborates with Marketing on journey mapping, focus groups, banner ads, dental conference and community opportunities to enhance visibility of Humana’s dental products in the marketplace to support dental expansion and retention.
• Participate in quarterly joint operating committees to review:
  • Provider Experience metrics
  • Progress on Dental network initiatives
• Partner with Retail MarketPoint associates and leaders to identify and resolve issues, create proactive solutions to improve the member and provider experience.
• Partner with Dentists to ensure awareness of being in the network, understanding of benefits and proactive benefit education to ensure growth.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ Years experience with Dental Recruitment/Service
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage dental products and benefits
• Ability to communicate effectively with dentists, sales agents, and executive market leaders.
• Work independently in a matrixed organization.
• Problem solving skills using critical thinking.
• WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.

Additional Information

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters. Associates who remain unvaccinated must either undergo weekly negative COVID testing OR wear a mask at all times while in a Humana facility or while working in the field.
