Job description

The Villa Personal Care home is a 35 private room personal care home that provides assistance to a geriatric population. We are seeking reliable certified medication assistants to assist in caring for our residents in a professional, compassionate and considerate manner for overnight shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, be able to operate as a team member and team leader, and be experienced in providing diverse care and medication management. Must be able to communicate with residents and their families to provide comfort, education and instructions. Must be able to administer medications safely and accurately. Must be able to work overnight shift.
Previous medication experience is preferred. Current DHS medication administration training and CPR/AED/First Aid is preferred but not required.
