Corning Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Services Receptionist to join our team at our Main Office branch on Pulteney Street in Corning, NY

As a Member Services Receptionist, you will:
- Be responsible for projecting a positive image as a representative for the credit union in greeting all incoming members promptly and in a professional manner
- Coordinate the flow of member traffic in our main office lobby
- Perform a variety of service and administrative duties for our member services area
- Building member relationships through quality service experiences
- Actively educating members on the products and services that best meet their financial needs
- Answering member questions in a knowledgeable, professional manner
- Also assumes responsibility for other projects or duties as required or assigned
The ideal candidate will possess:
- The desire to make serving others a career
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence in promoting appropriate products and services
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
- Technical aptitude and experience with Microsoft programs
- Basic math skills required
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- 1+ years of related experience preferred
