The Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce is a non profit organization serving the greater Cape Ann region including Gloucester, Rockport, Ipswich, Essex and Manchester-by-the-Sea.

We are seeking a Innovative, collaborative, self directed, organized individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Manage all aspects of chamber membership including:

- Provide outreach, communication and assistance to potential and current members.

- Responsible for on-boarding all new members.

- Manages Member database.

- Leads Ambassador Committee.

- Participates in publications ad sales.

- Responsible prospective member outreach and existing member retention.

- Assists with Chamber events events and initiatives, including occasional events outside of normal business hours.

- Assists Chamber Team with daily operations and team projects.

- Candidate must be possess strong written an verbal communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
