The Role:

• Assist members with all products and services to meet their financial needs.
• Process basic and advanced teller transactions, account maintenance and research inquiries. Educate and enroll members in additional products and services to expand and grow relationships.
• Open new accounts, CDs, IRAs and other credit union products
• Answer consumer loan-related phone calls, loan maintenance requests, and loan research inquiries. Work with MSS II on loan files and contact members regarding loan status (A basic understanding of all loan types/products and basic loan duties is helpful including processing applications for simple loan types).
• Respond to member phone calls and communication in a timely fashion.

Pay: $15.50 per hour
