MID - Collection Management (HUMINT) Instructor

DarkStar Intelligence is seeking to fill a HCM Instructor Position located at in Washington, DC. Qualified candidates must have a TS/SCI Clearance (CI Polygraph Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, support, and deliver training in DIA HUMINT tradecraft, specifically collection management
• Know how to engage in research and analysis to maintain subject matter currency and relevancy to contribute to the updating of course materials and documentation.
• Assist in executing and modifying DIA's HUMINT collection management course instruction.
• Conduct training needs assessments and participates as required in course evaluations to measure the extent to which the training improved student's knowledge and performance on the job.
• Evaluate student performance using verbal and written formats in accordance with established course standards and procedures.
• Administer, evaluate, synchronize, and manage blocks of instruction in DIA's collection management training curriculum in accordance with established DIA procedures.

Requirements

• TS/SCI and a CI Poly
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HUMINT collection management, preferably within DoD
• Experience directly involved in HUMINT Overt/Clandestine or HUMINT Operation Support.
• Be familiar with DoD collection operations management policies and legal authorities, functions, methodologies, and related IT systems.
• Be a graduate of a recognized IC level HUMINT course (DSDC, DATC, AMSOC, ASOC, OTC, OHTC, HDOC, etc.).
