Mini Excavator/Backhoe Operator: Candidate is required to possess knowledge about excavation safety to safely operate mini excavators and backhoes. Candidate should also be familiar with various tools & equipment such as compressors, tampers, jack hammers, locators, etc. to safely use them.

- Operate plows, mini excavators, backhoes, and other various tools and equipment.
- Ability to interact and communicate well with superintendent, area manager, co-workers and customers.
- Willing to learn and grow with the company.
- Ability to work full-time, in an outdoor environment and in all weather conditions.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and be willing to travel.
- Must be willing to learn and grow with organization.
Position Requirements
Mini Excavator/Backhoe Operator:
- Experience operating mini excavator/backhoe.
- Valid driver's license. CDL Preferred.
