Job description

We are looking to hire an on-site property manager/maintenance individual or team for our Mobile Home & RV Park in Altus.

Responsibilities and Duties:

-Manage day-to-day operations of park

-Daily inspection of premises and quarterly inspection of units

-Perform light maintenance/repairs on tenant homes

-Collect rent and make bank deposits

-Keep up with rent delinquencies and file evictions

-Accept applications for rentals and show available units

-Maintain an organized filing system and prepare weekly reports in a timely manner

-Read electric meters for RVs monthly

Experience/Qualifications:

-Basic knowledge of how to copy/scan documents and send emails

-Reliable transportation in order to run park errands and make deposits

-1+ year maintenance experience preferred but not required

-Be self-motivated and able to perform well with minimum supervision

-Landscaping experience a plus but not required

-Must be able to live on site

Compensation:

$2,000/month

Free housing and utilities in a park-owned Mobile Home

Applicants must be over 18 and are subject to a background check.
