Position Details:

• Supporting the installation of units and maintenance of test vehicles and equipment.
• Assembling and testing prototype components.
• Communicating orally and in writing with Hydro-Gear personnel regarding testing, test procedures, and assembly of prototype components.
• Supporting reliability testing.
• Completing all other tasks as assigned.
• Working primarily outdoors including hot, cold, humid, dry, dusty, wet, and other general weather conditions.
• 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:15pm.
• Monday – Friday.
• This position pays $15.75/hour.

Requirements:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience working in a related field.
• Ability to complete basic maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routing reports and correspondence.
• Ability to communicate basic information effectively to groups of peers and subordinates.
• Must possess basic mathematic skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to read basic graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
