The Role: Global Supply Chain Management

Location- BOSTON, MA
This role is an exciting opportunity to Support Global Supply Chain Management Team. Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Data and Analytics, the Specialist, Change Management supports the Global Supply Planning and Lifecycle Project Teams to initiate and expedite change initiatives. The Global Supply Chain Specialist will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time. Primary responsibility will be initiating and implementing change management plans.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

Support the Global Supply Chain change management process, change management applications / tools for Life Cycle Management projects and initiatives

Assist with assessing change impact by conducting impact analyses, assessments of change readiness, risk mitigation analysis and identifying / engaging / influencing key stakeholders

Responsible for initiating and expediting change control projects for Global Supply Chain impacted work streams.

Partners with Global Supply Chain Life Cycle Project Management Team to ensure status of project deliverables and continuous tracking / reporting of key project milestones are continuously available to all key stakeholders.

Reports Global Supply Chain change control project status during LCM project tracking meetings on a cadence aligned with project load / timeline requirements.

Maintains metrics to monitor the success of the Global Supply Chain Change Management process

Support Global Supply Chain Change Management Business System / Process improvement initiatives.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:

BA/BS preferred in Supply Chain Management, logistics, engineering and/or business administration

Experience in Life Sciences – Change Control Management and/or Life Cycle Management a plus

Creativity to bring new ideas to the team

Problem solving and root cause identification skills

Knowledge of Veeva QMS or other QMS such as TrackWise a plus

Understanding of Supply Chain functions

Experience supporting projects involving new product / market launch and market variation management a plus

An understanding of project management and timelines

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to collaborate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment

Ability to support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
