NOW HIRING IMMEDIATELY for Molding Technicians in Gardner, MA

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions available!

Shift: Mon-Fri

1st shift: 6:30AM-2:30PM 2nd shift:_ 2:30PM-10:30PM3rd shift: _10:30PM-6:30AM

Pay rate: $18/hr (depending on experience)

Duties and requirements for this role include:

• Knowledge within various types of Plastics Machinery and Related Support Equipment
• Individuals must make necessary adjustments to machines and auxiliary equipment
• They must be able to use the correct measures to return machines and equipment to their manufacturing operational condition within a reasonable amount of time
• They may need to troubleshoot and repair from OEM schematics
• Possess knowledge on specialized Equipment (i.e.) Robotics, Molding Machines and Programming
• Responsible for system monitoring, debugging and troubleshooting of any operational problems, making repairs, and performing preventive maintenance activities as needed
• Oversight and enforcement of safety and quality standards
• Other projects as assigned

Desired Skills:

• English Proficiency is required, Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
• Critical thinking, excellent problem solving, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills required
• Must be detail oriented, meet deadlines, multi-task and able to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure with time sensitive matters to respond quickly to placing machinery back to working condition.
