Raymond Federal Bank is hiring a Mortgage Loan Processor. Training will be in Raymond for up to 90 days. We pay 100% of the employee's medical, dental, vision, life insurance and long-term disability insurance.
The Mortgage Loan Processor provides services related to loan processing, servicing existing loans, report preparation, and customer service, in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with Bank standards, policies and procedures while complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Duties include:
Preparation of loan documents, including but not limited to: Disclosures, commitment letters, and closing documents in an accurate and timely manner.
Process loan applications in a timely manner by ordering flood determinations, credit reports, verifications of deposit and employment, appraisals and preliminary title work.
Collaborate with Title Companies regarding all details of loan closing.
Execute setting up new loans and loan maintenance in a timely and efficient fashion.
Performs additional functions as needed including but not limited to: Preparing loan modifications, reconveyance preparation, and UCC filings.
Perform payoff calculations and verifications of mortgage when received in an approved method.
Create and maintain modification report, quarterly closed loan report, month end satisfied loan report, balance GL accounts.
Responsible to comply with all policies and procedures set forth by Raymond Federal Bank, including but not limited to BSA, understanding that willful violations may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to a warning, probation, or termination.
Education and Experience Required:
High School degree or equivalent, 1+ years experience in a position with similar responsibilities. Mortgage loan processing experience highly desirable. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and pay close attention to detail while performing accurate work.
