About the MST Therapist position

MST Therapists provide in-home and community-based therapy to youth and families with the goal of preventing out of home placement and sustaining family stabilization and preservation. The MST model allows therapists to work with multiple systems that encompass individual, family, and extra-familial (peer, school, neighborhood) factors. The length of service with a youth and his or her family is between 3-5 months.
