Our company is growing! We currently have an opportunity for a Multi-line Claims Consultant to work out of our North Huntingdon, PA office. Remote accommodations will also be considered.

The Multi-line Claims Consultant provides clients with creative claims management strategies. The role of the Multi-line Claims Consultant is to act as an advocate for the client to the insurance carrier to control the costs associated with a claim and assist with the management of the claim for timely closure.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5-7 years prior experience in managing the following types of claims, with a strong emphasis on worker's compensation and familiarity with other coverage lines:

• Workers compensation
• Auto
• General Liability
• Property

Candidates will also need to have a passion for customer service and creating an experience that fosters continued engagement. Specific tasks include but are not limited to:

• Multi-line experience monitoring and supervising claims

• Assist in Claim Investigations to collect evidence in an accident/incident

• Utilizes critical thinking and solid judgment to solve problems, makes decisions and resolves complex issues inherent in handling losses, as well as plans and organizes activities throughout the claims management process

• Support the client and communicate with the carrier

• Makes recommendations for settlement/disposition of claims
• Interacts extensively with various parties involved in the claim process
• May provide technical advice and/or training to lower level claims personnel

• Assist with Litigation processes and communication
• Attend and prepare for claim review meetings

• Review loss runs for file closures and reserve accuracy and provide the client and agent summaries of the review.
• Other duties as assigned

Successful candidates must possess a High school diploma or GED. Preferred candidates will have an associate's degree in business or other related field.
