Our innovative and dynamic dental practices are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead our efforts to further expand our specialty services across our GP dental offices. We are seeking to build a premier multi-disciplinary specialty throughout Las Vegas. We aim to provide impeccable service as well as excellent treatment results for all of our patients. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our patients, their families, and our referring doctors and dental offices.

To achieve our goals, we are looking for an exceptional candidate to become our Multi-Specialty Manager. Our goal is to find a reliable, enthusiastic and dedicated person to join our team to explain recommended orthodontic, periodontic and endodontic treatments to our patients and assist in making all of our patients raving fans of our specialists and practices.

Exceptional communication skills, a warm smile and the drive to provide a highly personalized customer experience are essential for this job. This position also requires tremendous organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact with all members of our clinical and administrative team. The right candidate should have a giving personality and the ability to build relationships with all of our patients, young and old; as well as become an integral member of our office team.

This is a full-time position that includes comprehensive healthcare coverage, 401K, paid training and vacation and holiday pay. This is a fantastic opportunity for a conscientious, warm person with exceptional people skills.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Make everyone feel like a welcomed guest to our office
• Communicate with parents and patients, and explain the recommended treatment clearly
• Present treatment plan financials following company payment plan options and identifying insurance coverage when applicable
• Ensure patients understand and accept treatment plans as presented
• Follow up with the patients to answer questions and facilitate their needs to start treatment
• Coordinate patient's treatment with referring offices and among Access Health Dental’s other practices
• Maintain open communication with GP offices in order to drive referrals
• Manage marketing campaigns to engage internal team members in referral program
• Manages specialty team members

• Experience with special needs patients

• Able to work independently, accurately and precisely
• Dental experience required, orthodontic experience highly preferred
