Crawford Group is seeking a part-time freelance Multilingual Webinar Manager to support a client of ours in their growing and ongoing webinar program. This Webinar Manager must be bilingual, fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken. One must also be based in APAC time zone. The ideal candidate will have platform expertise in PolyV, Zoom (Meeting and Webinar), Notified/Intrado/Inxpo, and/or On24. Experience with Virtual Event Platforms, such as Adobe Connect, Bizzabo, WebEx, and others is a bonus. One must be able to work in a fast-paced environment as the webinars happen on a relatively short timeline.Responsibilities:
Plan a webinar: Attend planning meetings with presenters to understand overall flow of presentation and send calendar invitations with best practices to speakers
Set up registration: Set up registration pages and emails as required by client and in accordance with clients’ branding needs
Set up the webinar room: Set up the room based on the requirements from the presentation team, including setting up the attendee view/layout, uploading slides and resources, creating polls, etc
Produce the session: Upload presentation and confirm successful formatting. One also make sure that any extra plug-ins or features (polls, surveys, and so on) are set up and ready to go for the live session
Pre-record sessions: When needed, manage pre-recording and editing of sessions for simulive playback
Run Webinar: Must be comfortable driving the pre-conference call to ensure presenters are confident with what they need to do, including walking presenters through sharing their desktop and addressing questions via the Q&A pod. One must also be comfortable managing platform-specific features (i.e. switching audience views, spotlighting, sharing slides, or videos from your computer)
Technical Assistance: Should audience or presenters experience technical issues, be responsible for troubleshooting and find a solution
Measurement & Metrics: Provide final reporting of the session attendance, registration, polling, and on demand version of the webinar for posting. Document any technical issues and how they were resolved and report back to webinar program manager
Requirements:
3+ years experience executing/managing webinars in a B2B and B2C environment including platform set up, speaker management, dry run management, and event day management
Hands on experience as a technical producer or director
Effective project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly to clients in email and during conference calls
Ability to take control of a call and direct presenters
Ability to build effective working relationships
Be outgoing, self-motivated, with strong organizational skills
Comfortable using and learning computers, technology and software (aka “tech savvy”)
Have knowledge of standard office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel and Google Suite / Google Drive

Duration: 6-months, part-time 10hrs/wk
