Our MyBranch Lending team is responsible for serving our members' loan needs through all channels, including digital and phone. They process loans from start to finish, going above and beyond to make sure their expectations are met. MyBranch Lending Assistants support our lenders in communicating with members and non-members regarding loan decisions, obtaining additional documentation and information necessary for loan decisions, answering member calls and digital banking messages, and doing data entry needed to complete loans.

This position is ideal for someone looking to work part-time, someone in school, and/or someone wanting to get experience in lending. All candidates that wish to be considered must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of customer service. Financial institution experience is preferred. Additionally, computer skills are a must.

Candidates must be available to work 20-25 hours a week. Hours and schedules are flexible.
