工作职责：
- 开发客户，了解客户需求，提供合适房源。
- 开发积累房源，与大楼建立良好合作关系。
- 在有经验的经纪带领下，陪同客户实地看房，促成买卖、租赁业务。
- 维护老客户的业务，挖掘客户的最大潜力。
任职要求：
1. 熟练的英文听说读写能力。
2. 优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力。
3. 抗压能力强，能够在快节奏的环境中工作。
4. 有上进心，对工作有热情以及良好的学习能力
