As the National Client Executive (NCE), you will lead the strategic food and beverage operations, oversight, and client reporting for up to 10+ locations for an industry leading tech client. Managing and developing the on-site teams (6 direct reports) with a focus on best-in-class hospitality, a passion for food and continued innovation will be a primary responsibility.


Our client is focused on amazing food experiences throughout the day that fuel their employees and create a best-in-class workspace. From Farm to Table Cafes, Barista Coffee Bars, Stocked Micro Kitchens, and high-end catering, this position will lead a team to deliver these experiences. As we continue to grow with this client there are multiple projects that will allow a successful candidate to showcase organization and project management skills.


Additionally, within the multiple sites, that our guests have seamless and consistent experiences by ensuring the right staffing, hiring, recruiting, and training of team members. As the client liaison, building positive and transparent relationships with clients will be paramount. For clients to have full confidence in the operations, you’ll provide ongoing insights from data collection, regular financial reporting and be an excellent steward of their facilities and partner to other related on-site providers.
Your years of hospitality and managerial experience, in addition to being a proactive partner and leader to your client and staff, will be an asset to your success in this role.

This a remote position with travel. Ideally the candidate will be based out of the greater Atlanta area with 25% travel. Other metropolitan areas will also be considered with travel up to 50%.

This position offers a traditional Business & Industry, Predominately M-F schedule. Paid vacation, Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K.

The successful candidate will:
  • Have strong food and beverage experience
  • Robust understanding of data and ability to drive insights and actions from the information collected
  • Experience in developing exceptional client relations with an understanding of the client’s perspective and goals
  • Ensure Sodexo and our client’s organizational reputation
  • Strong foundation and ongoing focus on safety
  • Be a strategic leader for the food program
  • Be able to manage a P&L with extensive experience in budget management
  • Place a high priority on managing relationships with staff and key stakeholders at multiple high-profile locations

What We Offer:

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.
Position Summary:
Leads the operational and strategic growth of a multi-site, multi-state operating area client relationship including policy compliance, staff training and development, financial performance, and client retention.. This position is the single point of contact for all locations. Manages through geographically based DMs and area support positions to meet the needs of the national account client. Develops and implements short- and long-range growth strategies within one client company. Interfaces with the national account client's organization which may include global real estate, facilities management and outsourcing vendors. Responsible for growing the business in existing locations by adding new services and new sites and growing the overall portfolio of client locations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience – 7 years
Basic Functional Experience – 7 years
