National Sales Trainer - Window World, Inc. - Corporate Headquarters
The National Sales Trainer will work collaboratively with Window World franchisees and their teams, our manufacturing partners, and select third-party entities to develop, deliver, and cultivate customer-focused training programs. These programs will establish consistent guidelines for engaging with potential customers and discussing product offerings. This position is a national travelling position that reports to Window World, Inc. Headquarters in North Wilkesboro, NC.

Our national headquarters is stationed in North Wilkesboro, N.C., and we currently have stores in 48 states, with immediate plans to bring a Window World location to every state in the country.
The National Sales Trainer will work collaboratively with Window World franchisees and their teams, our manufacturing partners, and select third-party entities to develop, deliver, and cultivate customer-focused training programs. These programs will establish consistent guidelines for engaging with potential customers and discussing product offerings. This position is a national travelling position that reports to Window World, Inc. Headquarters in North Wilkesboro, NC.
The National Sales Trainer position requires the following :
- Strong Communication, and Proficient Computer Skills
- Lead learning and development programs and create training materials focused on superior product knowledge, communication skills and company-wide knowledge
- Ability to host, organize, develop, and facilitate training programs to meet specific training needs
- Work closely with the Marketing, National Products, Sales, Digital Operations and Customer Service departments to ensure franchise teams receive best-in-class training
- Provide recommendations on training and talent development approaches (onboarding, learning, engagement, and performance) to corporate executives, and franchisees
- Liaise with Subject Matter Experts Regarding Instructional Design
- Facilitate Learning via Classroom Instruction, Virtual Training, or On-the-Job Coaching
- Maintain strong competitor, product and sales knowledge to help educate teams
- Track and Report on Training Outcomes
- Ensure all new representatives receive a world-class onboarding experience
- Evaluate and make recommendations on training material and methodology
- Establish and maintain relationships with external training providers
- Weekly Travel Typically Consisting of 3 Nights per Week most Weeks
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ Years Residential In-Home Sales with 3+ Years Sales Management Experience
- Experience with Instruction or Training
- Strong Product and Selling Skills Knowledge
- Excellent presentation and Communication Skills
