[QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE]
Required Skills:
This is a role with the Storage Engineering team focused on NetApp technologies. ONTAP, OCI/CI Cloud CVO, Security and Linux. The tasks part of the day to day include the following.

1. Documentation 4. Supporting NetApp Sales team
a. Document new Solution design a. Provide close support to NetApp Sales teams globally
b. Revising/Updating existing Engineering documents b. Supporting technical and sales related agenda
c. Providing process documents for Operation teams c. Reviewing Sales order process
d. Providing test environment for other Infrastructure support teams

2. Solution Design 5. Supporting NetApp Operation (MS team)
a. Review the existing solutions and propose enhancements a. 3rd level escalation support
b. Introduce new solutions b. Providing performance troubleshooting process
c. Analyze current production systems for enhancements c. Providing new/revised process documentation
d. Certifying Ontap d. Certifying Ontap release
e. Supporting Security team for NetApp Vulnerability calls
f. Providing Storage Tool certifications
g. Providing Automation certifications
h. NAS related project supports
i. Providing DB management for NAS technical references

3. Storage HW Build/Deployment
a. Create design documents for the new build
b. Providing/ Gathering requirements for new systems
c. Providing build details
d. Actual system build
e. Provide check list for production readiness
f. Test HA failover
g. Test DR failover

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100.00 - $130.00 per hour
