• Long Term Contract
• 100% Remote
• 3-5 years experience
• Shift Work (need to be available for 24/7 operation)
• shift work to include 2nd and 3rd shifts as well.

NOC TIER 2 EXPERIENCE WITH TRAFFIC BACKGROUND/ ROADWAY DEVICES IS THE MAJOR REQUIREMENT. (You will only be considered for this position if have this experience)

• NOC Tier 2 with traffic background – department of transportation, toll ways.
• Monitor network and traffic (IoT) devices using a suite of software tools. Handle all service degradation and provide triage to incidents associated with network and traffic (IoT) devices to diagnose and where possible provide first response resolution.
• CCNA/CCNP level with Cisco Routers, Any SolarWinds Switches
• Troubleshooting knowledge of Cisco routers and switches and network monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds.
• Working experience with Enterprise level ticketing system such as Service Now and an understanding of how to ensure ticket level SLA/SLO compliance.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot various Network Platforms including various Firewalls, Routers, Switches Management platforms (SolarWinds), and IoT devices

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
