Job description

We are currently seeking a full-time Driver to join our company. The ideal candidate is a responsible, organized professional who is communicative and self-motivated. The successful candidate will have a clean driving record and experience driving a box truck and making multiple stops and deliveries. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review manifest and verify all packages are loaded in the truck
• Inspect truck before leaving the premises. Inform supervisor of any damages
• Drive to customers' locations observing safety and traffic regulations
• Unload product using supplied safety tools
• Communicate with dispatch any discrepancies or issues that arise during the shift
• Get proof of delivery from customers
• Pickup returned product from customers
• Inspect the truck at the end of the day
• Place and log return product in assigned area

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Active driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to perform constant physical activities that include pushing, pulling, and lifting product up to 65 lbs.
• Must pass DOT medical examination paid by employer
• Experience driving 14 ft and 26 ft trucks
• Must be a US Citizen
