Kairos is a Human Resource Management firm. We have been placing FT/PT professionals in industries ranging from Consulting, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources and Accounting.

We’re looking for a highly skilled event associate for our client to make gatherings effective, cost-efficient, and most importantly, memorable. The ideal candidate will have his or her hands full dealing with potential local businesses, he or she will be comfortable in a leadership role that demands a creative, business-driven mindset and lasting relationships with donors and members of the community.

Objectives of this Role

· Drive the company’s mission by always representing our vision in every event

· Own every aspect of an event, from venue choice to success metrics

· Develop an actionable plan for fundraising

·

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

· Gain a complete understanding of the requirements for each event

· Establish strong person to person relationships with customers

· Answer customer questions in person at our events representing our clients with the utmost professionalism

· Inform customers of the details and specifications of our clients / nonprofit partnerships

· Work closely with event executives to execute events to the standards of our clients

Skills and Qualifications

· Degree in hospitality management or marketing or non-profit

· Past experience working with people in a retail or hospitality setting

· Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills

· Ability to remain calm under pressure without losing a customer-service oriented attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $650.00 - $1,000.00 per week
