Excellent opportunity for a part-time Nurse Practioner with our expanding Allergy and Immunology medical practice. Currently looking for someone to work Wednesdays and Fridays regularly and 1 Saturday per month at our Saint Charles location. Further opportunities possible as the business expands. Ideal candidate should be willing to learn, team and patient oriented and willing to help grow the practice. Salary is negotiable and competitive for the area. Areas of treatment include: allergy, asthma, sinusitis, hives, food allergy, immunodeficiency and hereditary angioedema. If interested, we would love to hear from you!

Qualifications:

• Licensed in the State of Illinois
• DEA and Controlled Substance License
• ANCC certification/Certified Nurse Practioner

Responsibilities include:

• Examining patients and their medical records
• Ordering diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays etc.)
• Diagnosing health conditions and illnesses
• Proposing treatments for chronic diseases
• Prescribing treatment medications
• Shared decision making with patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
• Educating patients and their family members on diseases and prevention
• Promoting good health practices
• Advancing professional knowledge and growth of the practice

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
