Job description
Premium Health is seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants who are licensed in the state of Illinois to join our growing team of medical providers.
In this role, the provider will work remotely to provide mainly health screening for our patient population.
You will have ongoing support from Premium Health’s clinical leadership and administrative team so you can focus on what you do best and deliver quality virtual care to patients.

Education & Licensing Requirements:
- License/Certification: Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification, active & non-restricted licensed
- Licensed in the State of Texas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with technology
