Job description
Seeking Certified Nursing Assistants and Nursing students for Midwest Detox, a new specialty detoxification facility opening in Fall 2020.
Windrose Recovery introduces the first comprehensive, multidisciplinary, holistic detoxification and assessment program in the Midwest. Our highly skilled medical team will tailor an individualized medication stabilization plan for patients while optimizing your comfort and safely transitioning you into a state of wellness. From the moment a client walks through our front doors, our clinical team will be actively working to develop a comprehensive assessment of what is needed to maintain health and overall wellbeing.
Midwest Detox is a new program developed by Windrose Recovery, the leadership team of The Manor (discoverthemanor.com). Midwest Detox, located in Brookfield, Wisconsin, will focus on providing a specialized environment for safe, dignified and private treatment for the stabilization of substance dependent persons. The mission of the program is to overcome barriers to sobriety and utilize detoxification as an opportunity to guide individuals past their barriers in a path to sustainable recovery.
One of the greatest barriers to effective treatment is the stigma and shame that addiction carries. Midwest Detox breaks through that stigma by providing a safe landing for those struggling with substance use—giving clients an upscale stabilization experience with respect and dignity. Rather than treating the dependence as a standalone issue, we effectively address the source of the problem by thoroughly assessing each client’s needs medically and clinically. Our addiction experts, together with our clients, co-create the process of recovery, understanding the bigger patterns in their lives that are keeping them stuck—and helping them break free from a cycle of addiction that has been running out of control. We then help them determine the next steps for treatment.
